Program description. Diamond AC and Heating operates a text messaging program that sends service-related and promotional messages to customers and prospective customers who have affirmatively consented to receive them.

Service-related messages may include acknowledgment of your inquiry, appointment scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, technician arrival notifications, follow-up regarding open quotes or estimates, and responses to questions you send us.

Promotional messages may include seasonal service specials, maintenance plan offers, and other promotions. You will only receive promotional messages if you have consented to receive them.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our text messaging program. By opting in, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

How to opt in. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our Site, or by verbally requesting text follow-up when you call our office. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and must be affirmatively selected. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from us. We do not purchase, rent, or import phone numbers from third-party lists, lead brokers, or data providers.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service request and your messaging preferences.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Diamond AC and Heating does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further texts. To rejoin, opt in again through a form on our Site or by contacting our office.

Supported carriers. Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Accuracy of your number. You are responsible for providing an accurate mobile number and for notifying us if your number changes. If you give us a number that is later reassigned to someone else, you agree to notify us promptly.

3. Requests for Service and Estimates

Submitting a form on this Site is a request for contact. It does not create a contract, guarantee availability, schedule an appointment, or commit Diamond AC and Heating to perform any work.

Any pricing, estimate, or quote provided through this Site or in response to a Site inquiry is preliminary and subject to on-site inspection. Final pricing is provided in a written estimate after a technician has evaluated the equipment and installation conditions. Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate.

Service is subject to availability, our published service area, and confirmation by our office.

4. Emergency Service

Diamond AC and Heating advertises 24/7 emergency service availability. Response times vary based on call volume, technician availability, weather, and the nature of the request. Nothing on this Site guarantees a specific response time.

If you smell gas, suspect a gas leak, or believe there is an immediate safety hazard, leave the building immediately and call 911 and your gas utility. Do not use this Site, email, or text messaging to report an emergency.

5. Website Content and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate, or up to date. Product specifications, efficiency ratings, promotional offers, service descriptions, and service areas may change without notice.
